Reliability Engineer

A client of Insight Global in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. This individual will build and lead a site-wide asset care program covering manufacturing, packaging, utilities, and facility systems as the organization shifts from calendar-based maintenance toward predictive and precision maintenance. Responsibilities include root cause and failure mode analysis, criticality assessments, defect elimination, condition monitoring, and establishing the reliability KPIs and standards that sustain the program long term. This individual will serve as the program owner in the coming months. This role is highly hands-on and influence-driven with no direct reports. This is an onsite position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated hands-on equipment knowledge
• Practical experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM, criticality assessments, and predictive maintenance programs
• Strong written communication skills - Experience launching a reliability or predictive maintenance program
• CMRP, RCM Certification, ISO Category I/II Vibration Analyst, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Thermography, Ultrasound, or Oil Analysis certifications.

$120,000 to $140,000 annually
