You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating closely with business users, you will help identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to support ongoing process refinement. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning and Program Project Management is suggested., * Language skills: English (C1)
