Technical Support Engineer

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and Windows issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
• Provide basic server and networking support.
• Use remote monitoring and support tools.
• Manage and update support tickets.
• Assist with IT projects, installations and maintenance, including occasional visits to client sites.
• Provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support customers with their day-to-day IT needs., We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ IT support experience and a strong technical foundation.

You should have:

• Good Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
• Basic networking and server knowledge.
• Good hardware and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
