Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional programs across PDI programs and a product portfolio, partnering closely with engineering, design, product, and site teams to drive initiatives from planning through delivery and closeout. This person will build and manage integrated program plans, lead technical and risk-management discussions, identify dependencies, and drive stakeholders toward clear decisions and timely execution. They will own program risks, issues, and escalations while ensuring technical changes are properly evaluated, documented, and communicated through established change-control processes. The TPM will also oversee product lifecycle and documentation readiness, ensuring design information and final deliverables are complete, accurate, controlled, and available to support downstream site and operations teams.

• Experience leading complex technical programs across engineering, product, design, and operations teams
• Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure environments, such as data centers or other high-availability facilities
• Strong program management skills, including integrated planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience driving cross-functional teams through technical decisions, competing priorities, and delivery blockers
• Ability to identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate technical and program risks
• Experience leading technical meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional risk discussions
• Experience managing technical change-control processes and understanding the downstream impacts of engineering changes
• Experience driving programs through planning, design, execution, readiness, delivery, and closeout
• Ability to manage multiple products or workstreams within a broader portfolio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present program status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
• Experience establishing accountability and driving execution across teams without direct authority - Familiarity with product lifecycle checklists and structured readiness processes
• Experience with Change Control Boards, Engineering Bulletins, technical assessments, or product assessments
• Experience managing design documentation, version control, and technical document readiness
• Familiarity with Buganizer or a similar issue-management platform
• Experience supporting documentation migration, archiving, knowledge transfer, and operational handoffs
• Familiarity with AODocs, DCIP, DDI, PILs, or similar document-management platforms
