Desktop Support Technician

• Repair and troubleshoot laptops and desktop computers
• Replace hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other hardware
• Perform whole-unit computer swaps
• Repair or replace PC peripherals
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone
• Travel throughout the metro area to complete service requests

• 1+ year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Computer-building experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must have valid car insurance
• Must be able to travel throughout the Nashville metro area and surrounding locations
• Client or government clearance may be required
• Police/criminal background verification may be required
