Job description
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für IT-Anwender
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen im Soft- und Hardwarebereich
- Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten (PCs, Laptops, Drucker)
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
- Betreuung von IT-Ticketsystemen und Priorisierung der Anfragen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration
- Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
