Technical Support Specialist

Sierra at XYZ Tech Inc. seeks a Daytime Associate to support software and data-driven projects that enhance client operations. Based in Chicago, IL, you’ll assist with daily ticket handling, basic data updates, software configuration, and user support coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, track project tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Handle and triage incoming support tickets during daytime hours
• Assist with basic software configuration and user account management
• Perform data entry, updates, and quality checks in systems and databases
• Document issues, resolutions, and process updates clearly
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on recurring issues
• Monitor system dashboards and escalate incidents as needed
• Support testing and validation of new features and releases
• Assist in generating status reports and operational metrics
