Data Officer - Wandsworth | High-Performing Secondary School

A high-performing secondary school in Wandsworth is looking for a skilled Data Officer to join its team as soon as possible.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, teachers and pastoral staff, providing accurate data and reporting to support pupil progress and wider school improvement. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the school’s MIS and pupil databases
• Supporting assessment and reporting cycles
• Producing progress and attainment reports
• Analysing attendance and behaviour data
• Preparing information for SLT meetings
• Supporting census and statutory returns
• Checking data accuracy across departments
• Managing Excel reports and spreadsheets
• Supporting staff with MIS queries
• Improving the school’s use of data

You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Data Officer, Data Manager or similar role within a school.

Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential. Experience with Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom would be highly desirable.

The school is looking for someone who can work accurately under pressure and communicate data clearly to a range of colleagues.
