Job description
Various bipedal systems are being developed at the German Aerospace Centre that are intended to approximate their biological counterparts in terms of performance. Integrated legs, arms, hands and upper body are being developed to realise these highly developed systems. The development process includes the design, assembly, commissioning and comprehensive testing of the systems.
Your tasks
- expanding and commissioning an existing test setup
- development and integration of new control approaches
- professional exchange with various departmental groups
- implementation of your own creative ideas within the project workflow
Requirements
- sound knowledge of technical mechanics
- proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink
- practical experience with the Robot Operating System 2
