Change Management Lead

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Lead in Fort Myers, FL., We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative involving business process improvements, technology modernization, and enterprise system adoption. This individual will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and end users to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and user adoption throughout the transformation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP implementations, enterprise-wide change initiatives, and cross-functional business transformations within complex operational environments., * Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to project objectives

• Conduct stakeholder assessments and create engagement plans for key business groups
• Evaluate organizational readiness and identify potential adoption risks
• Create and manage communication plans, project messaging, and change impact assessments
• Partner with business leaders to build support and alignment across departments
• Develop training strategies, materials, and end-user adoption programs
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change-readiness sessions
• Monitor adoption metrics and recommend corrective actions where needed
• Support business process transitions and help teams navigate organizational change
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, technology teams, and executive stakeholders

• 5+ years of Change Management experience supporting enterprise initiatives
• Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, business process improvement, or enterprise technology implementations
• Experience developing communication, training, and organizational readiness plans
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to influence and drive adoption across multiple business functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or related certifications
• Experience supporting ERP implementations such as SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, or similar platforms
• Manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or operations experience
• Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise-wide deployments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
