Data Officer - Bradford | Outstanding School

An Outstanding school in Bradford is looking for an experienced Data Officer to support its administration and leadership teams.

The role will focus on ensuring pupil information is accurate, assessment data is managed effectively and senior leaders receive clear and timely reports. The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the school’s pupil database
• Managing the MIS and ensuring data accuracy
• Supporting assessment and tracking cycles
• Producing reports on attainment and progress
• Monitoring attendance information
• Preparing data for school census returns
• Managing spreadsheets and data reports
• Checking information submitted by departments
• Responding to data queries
• Supporting improvements to school data systems

Previous school-based data experience is preferred, particularly within a primary or secondary setting.

Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or similar would be useful.
