Data Officer - Harrogate | Outstanding Secondary School

An Outstanding secondary school in Harrogate is seeking an organised and technically confident Data Officer to join its support team.

You’ll have responsibility for maintaining accurate pupil information and supporting the school’s assessment, reporting and statutory data requirements. What You’ll Handle

• Pupil data and school MIS
• Assessment and progress tracking
• Attendance reporting
• Internal data analysis
• Senior leadership reports
• Census and statutory information
• Data quality checks
• Excel spreadsheets and databases
• Staff support and MIS queries
• Maintaining GDPR-compliant records

Previous school-based data experience would be highly desirable. You should be confident working with Excel and databases and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS would be an advantage.

The school is looking for someone reliable who can take ownership of their workload and provide accurate information to colleagues.
