Job description

As a Digital Innovation and Systems Specialist, you will:

  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of a CRM system.
  • Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Review system functionality and help ensure digital systems effectively support operational processes.
  • Investigate and resolve system build, data and reporting issues.
  • Support the extraction, analysis and presentation of data from CRM and other digital systems.
  • Develop and improve management information and reporting.
  • Help ensure data is accurate, accessible and suitable for internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes through digital technology.
  • Provide advice and practical support to managers and operational staff using digital systems.
  • Assist with system testing, development and implementation of improvements.
  • Identify data quality issues and support appropriate solutions.
  • Document system processes, requirements and improvements where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and operational colleagues to deliver project objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and maximise the effectiveness of existing digital systems.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with CRM systems, digital systems or business applications.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or systems improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of data extraction, reporting and management information.
  • Experience identifying and resolving system or data-related issues.
  • Good knowledge of data quality, data management and reporting processes.
  • Experience working with operational teams to understand requirements and improve system functionality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage project tasks and deadlines.
  • Good IT skills and confidence working with databases, CRM platforms and reporting tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying improvements and resolving issues., * working with CRM systems, digital systems or similar: 1 year (required)
