Job description
Creative Design Working with our existing brand guidelines, you’ll create, evolve, manage and maintain engaging, professional assets that bring the LearnTech brand to life across multiple channels, including:
- Brochures, guides and marketing materials
- Infographics and data visualisations
- Social media graphics and campaign assets
- Website imagery and digital assets
- Presentation materials and supporting collateral
- Brand assets that maintain consistency across all touchpoints
Social Media & Content You’ll take ownership of LearnTech’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram by:
- Planning and delivering engaging content calendars
- Writing short-form and medium-form content
- Managing organic and paid social campaigns
- Monitoring channel performance and engagement
- Identifying trends, themes and opportunities
- Developing campaigns that support employer engagement and brand awareness
Storytelling & Collaboration You’ll collaborate across the organisation to:
- Identify stories, successes and achievements worth sharing
- Turn complex information into engaging content
- Support strategic marketing and communications activity
- Champion the LearnTech brand and values through everything you create
- Work with teams across the business and manage the approvals process for posts and content, We are committed to the safety of our learners and therefore this role is subject to the following Safer Recruitment checks:

Requirements
If you’re a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into compelling visual and written content - particularly for a B2B audience, we’d love to hear from you., You’ll be a creative all-rounder who combines excellent design skills with strong digital content and social media experience.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
- Experience managing social media channels for an organisation or brand
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience planning and delivering social campaigns
- Confidence working with stakeholders across an organisation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A genuine passion for working in the education sector - experience in this would be a bonus
- Drive to create engaging content that delivers results
