Job description

Easy Bathrooms is looking for a Creative Content Designer to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a hands-on creative role combining video production, content creation, photography and graphic design.

Video and content will be a major focus for us over the next 12 months, so we’re looking for someone who can take an idea or brief and turn it into finished content - planning, filming, editing and producing assets for social media, YouTube, websites, advertising, showrooms and internal communications.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Manager and wider marketing team, helping us increase the volume and quality of content we produce while also supporting the design team with graphic design work such as signage, posters, digital assets and campaign materials.

We want someone who brings ideas and eager to create engaging content while able to help the wider team.

Duties

  • Planning, filming and editing video content from start to finish.
  • Creating short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
  • Producing longer-form YouTube and campaign content.
  • Filming showroom launches, refurbishments, product content, installations, customer projects and staff content.
  • Editing footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
  • Producing different edits and formats from the same shoot.
  • Creating motion graphics, captions, titles and simple animations.
  • Shooting and editing photography for showrooms, products, social media, websites and Google Business Profiles.
  • Supporting the design team with signage, posters, POS, social graphics, website assets and campaign materials where required.
  • Producing creative assets for Meta, Google and other paid advertising campaigns.
  • Helping develop new content ideas and creative concepts.
  • Keeping up with social trends, video formats and new creative techniques.
  • Using AI and emerging creative tools where they can improve quality, speed or output.
  • Travelling to showrooms and other locations to capture content when required.

Requirements

  • Strong video filming and editing ability.
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
  • Ability to take a project from idea through filming and editing to finished content.
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing and storytelling.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Graphic design skills and experience creating digital or print artwork.
  • Confident working independently and managing your own projects.
  • Comfortable filming in busy retail, showroom or event environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • After Effects / motion graphics experience.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign experience.
  • Photography and image-retouching skills.
  • Experience producing content for paid social or digital advertising.
  • Experience working for a retail, interiors, home improvement or lifestyle brand.
  • Drone filming experience.

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating things.

You’ll be the sort of person who sees something happening in a showroom or around the business and immediately thinks, “there’s a piece of content in that.”

You’ll bring ideas, experiment with new formats and help us continually improve the content we’re producing.

You’ll work closely with an experienced creative team, but there’ll also be plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on what we do.

This role is ideal for a motivated creative professional eager to make a meaningful impact through innovative digital content creation within a reputable organization dedicated to excellence in the bathroom industry.

  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
