Technical Support Representative

• Receive and handle technical customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Analyze and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems, including VPN connections
• Use tools such as VMware for virtualization and SQL databases for troubleshooting and issue diagnosis
• Document all support cases in our ticketing system and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with other teams on complex technical challenges and project planning
• Train customers on the use of our products and services, including Microsoft Office applications

• Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of VPN technologies, VMware virtualization, and SQL databases is preferred
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, as well as good German skills for communication with international customers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
• Experience in project management or project planning is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to continuously develop your skills and learn new technologies
