IT Support Technician/IT Infrastructure Support Technician

Provide onsite IT infrastructure and desktop support for employees, contractors, and business partners. Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, network, peripheral, and connectivity issues while supporting local IT operations and business-critical systems., * Provide onsite desktop, hardware, software, and infrastructure support.

• Deploy, replace, upgrade, and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, equipment provisioning, and asset lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, VPN, printers, conference rooms, A/V, and collaboration technologies.
• Manage incidents, requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, documentation, and SOPs.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, vendors, and break/fix activities.
• Support local servers, network equipment, manufacturing/engineering systems, cybersecurity, patching, and software deployments.
• Assist with site outages, major incidents, business continuity, and after-hours support.
• Partner with centralized IT teams to resolve complex issues.

• Enterprise desktop/IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong Windows, hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint/device management.
• Basic network troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment and perform physical installations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, engineering, or field IT support experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Asset/inventory management experience.
• Conference room/A/V and collaboration technology support.
• Cybersecurity/endpoint protection knowledge.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications.
