Job Summary: Provide onsite IT support across two locations, handling end-user troubleshooting, ServiceNow tickets, computer imaging, printer support, asset management, inventory, equipment maintenance, and basic facilities/IT administrative tasks. Follow established procedures and knowledge-base articles to resolve issues and escalate problems outside standard processes.

• 1+ year of IT experience preferred; recent college graduates considered
• Windows OS and basic computing/networking knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft Office and basic internet/intranet experience
• Basic understanding of computer security
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work onsite/shop-floor environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
• Exposure to PowerShell, VB/VBA, Python, scripting, automation, or programming
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT asset management systems
