This is an exciting opportunity for an HR or recruitment operations professional with strong systems administration experience to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of UCL’s recruitment system (Cornerstone/TalentLink). You will act as a first point of contact for recruitment system and workflow queries, ensuring recruitment activity is processed accurately, efficiently and in line with university policy and financial controls. Working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of recruitment activity, you will manage approval workflows, support hiring managers and stakeholders with recruitment processes, maintain system integrity and help resolve operational and technical queries through our ticketing system. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, helping to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and colleagues across the university. The role offers excellent exposure across HR, recruitment and finance processes, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and operational coordination within a complex organisation. Please note, this role is offered on a hybrid working basis with currently a minimum of 2-days onsite (Mondays & Tuesdays) at our London Kings Cross office (subject to change). You will be confident managing competing priorities, working to service level agreements and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy operational setting. You will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable navigating systems, processes and compliance requirements, you will enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of queries and tasks through to resolution. Most importantly, you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and resilient, and is motivated by delivering efficient, high-quality support that enables excellent recruitment outcomes across the university.
