IT Associate

Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple office environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues Support laptops, mobile devices, printers, VoIP systems, conferencing equipment, and related technology Coordinate with external IT providers regarding escalated issues, cybersecurity, maintenance, and system upgrades Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup, account access, and permissions Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and software licensing records Support installation and maintenance of access control systems, cameras, and related security technology Assist with technology setup and support for satellite and offsite office locations Ensure software updates, antivirus protection, and system patches remain current Track and respond to internal help desk requests in a timely manner

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel between office locations within NYC as needed Ability to lift and transport technology equipment when required
