Job description

Some responsibilities to include:

Managing our bookings diary and updating our database accurately
Raising quotations and liaise with customers/suppliers/workshop
Handling supplier returns/credits
Invoicing & taking payments
Prepare MOT/Service reminders
Maintain filing system
Assist with COSHH & health & Safety folder

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Must be a friendly, confident and a professional individual, able to liaise and adapt approach to customers/parts advisors/colleagues alike

With training, able to work on your own, using good initiative and able to problem solve
Detail-orientated under pressure, in a fast paced environment
Confident managing a diary and customer expectations
Must have excellent computer skills with use of emails/excel/word. As well as swift ability to learn new systems - full training provided
Confidence in quoting/invoicing and handling cash/card machine
Motor Trade experience is preferred but not essential, * Receptionist: 4 years (required)
Customer Service: 3 years (required)
