Job description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme within a global, purpose-led organisation.

You will work closely with HR, IT and project teams to gather and document requirements, support system delivery and testing, and ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant HR technology transformation within a dynamic, international environment.

  • Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and support solution design.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support system design, build, testing and UAT.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring quality delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation and support governance requirements.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and the transition into BAU.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or transformation programmes.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
  • Strong requirements-gathering, analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience in testing, UAT and requirements traceability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and results-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
