Job description

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to create high-converting booking journeys, support website migrations, and help deliver innovative booking funnel solutions that drive commercial results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Configuring and adapting website designs to meet specific client requirements.
Working within an agile environment, managing changing priorities and multiple projects.
Collaborating closely with colleagues across product, design, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Supporting the migration of client websites to our new booking journey platform.
Building and developing new booking funnel journeys for clients.
Enhancing existing booking journeys with new features, layouts, and functionality.
Supporting and implementing A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion performance.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and leveraging new tools to improve efficiency and quality.
Applying a commercial mindset to development decisions, understanding conversion optimisation and wider business objectives.

Requirements

Good CSS skills.
Good JavaScript knowledge.
Solid understanding of working with WordPress.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and learn quickly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable

Experience with Tailwind CSS.
Experience using Gutenberg blocks within WordPress.
Familiarity with website testing, analytics, or conversion rate optimisation.
