IT Technician

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we re looking for an IT Technician with a genuine interest in technology and experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 to provide first-line IT support across Quickline.

This role is based onsite at our Willerby office, Hull.

Here s why you ll love this role

• Be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, supporting colleagues across Quickline

• Diagnose and resolve common device, account, application and connectivity issues

• Build, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other equipment

• Support joiners, movers and leavers, while maintaining accurate asset and stock records

• Develop your technical knowledge by working alongside the Service Desk, SPMC and wider Engineering teams

You have a genuine interest in IT and want to build a career in technical support

• Supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 is something you feel confident doing

• Clear communication and a helpful approach allow you to support both technical and non-technical colleagues

• A calm, methodical mindset helps you troubleshoot issues and manage a busy workload

• You re organised, security-conscious and able to travel regularly between Quickline sites
