First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Mitarbeitende Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung im Active Directory Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich z.?B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
