Requirements
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil Freundliches Auftreten und Serviceorientierung Kenntnisse in Windows-Umgebungen und Ticketsystemen
