Job description

Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs im Rahmen eines IT-Supports Fehlersuche und -analyse in einem technisch komplexen Umfeld sowie exzellente, schnelle Problemlösung Adäquate Lösungsfindung sowie Meldung und Behebung von IT-Störungen Unterstützung bei der Installation sowie beim Daten Import und Export Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im 1st and 2nd Level Support Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen Teamfähigkeit, eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und Kommunikationsstärke
