Verantwortung für die Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Identifizierung und Behebung von Störmeldungen sowie deren Dokumentation Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung der Mitarbeitenden in die IT-Systeme Fachgerechte Installation und Einrichtung von IT?Arbeitsplätzen sowie erste Ansprechperson bei fachspezifischen Rückfragen Eigenständige Klassifizierung und Analyse von Fehlermeldungen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Systemen Kunden- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
