Job description

Übernahme des internen User-Supports Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitenden in täglichen IT-Fragen Analyse und Behebung von Störungsmeldungen Installation, Wartung und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware Verantwortlich für die Benutzerverwaltung sowie Erteilung der Zugriffsrechte

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Sicherer Umgang mit Citrix XenApp und client-Server-Lösungen Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Active Directory und VMware Virtualisierung Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Serviceorientierung
