Workday HCM Core Consultant

• Serve as the primary onsite functional lead supporting Workday HCM production.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage production incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.
• Provide governance for Workday configuration changes.
• Review and approve solution designs for functional enhancements.
• Coordinate testing activities for Workday releases and production deployments.
• Monitor production health and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Mentor offshore and nearshore AMS teams.

Consulting, Consulting, Production Support, Technical Recruiting, Maintenance Services, Production Management, Root Cause Analysis, Technical/Engineering Design, Production Control, Continuous Improvement, * Bachelor’’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related discipline.

• 6-10+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

o Core HCM, * Experience leading Workday production support.

• Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong incident management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities., * Multiple Workday certifications.
• Experience leading AMS or Managed Services teams.
• Experience with Workday implementations and post-production stabilization.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices
