Ticketbearbeitung- und Datenpflege in den bereitgestellten IT System (Jira)

  • Auslieferung und Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme verschiedener Gerätetypen
  • Urlaubs und Krankheitsvertretungen der bestehenden Teams

Requirements

Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows-Betriebssysteme sowie des MS-Office-Pakets

  • Solide Grundlagen im Netzwerkbereich (Switching, Layer 1-3)
  • Ein professionelles, serviceorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Auftraggebern
  • Eine strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise (auf Basis von Tickets und RFS)
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Kommunikationsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
