Field Service Technician - IT Infrastructure & Network Support

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, networking equipment, and cellular/satellite internet systems at various job sites. The role requires hands-on technical experience and frequent travel, including overnight stays., * Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.

• Set up cellular and satellite internet equipment, including LTE/5G routers, modems, antennas, VSAT, and Starlink.
• Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Ethernet connections.
• Configure and support smartphones and tablets running iOS or Android.
• Perform on-site IT installations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
• Travel to job sites as required and maintain accurate service documentation.

• 3+ years of field service, IT support, telecommunications, or networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Cellular internet experience required; satellite internet experience (VSAT/Starlink) highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean five-year driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.
