IT Technician

• Diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Hardware upgrades: RAM, SSDs, power supplies, and similar components
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting and OS-level repairs
• Virus removal, system cleanups, performance optimization
• Home networking support: Wi-Fi, routers, printers, basic connectivity issues
• New computer setup, data transfers, OS installations
• Explaining the issue and the fix to customers clearly and without condescension
• Documenting repairs accurately in our ticketing system

• Minimum 2 years of paid, hands-on IT support or computer repair experience - personal projects and hobbyist background alone won’t qualify you for this role
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose PC hardware failures independently
• Solid working knowledge of Windows; macOS familiarity is a real plus
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred - not required if your experience speaks for itself
• You actually like talking to people; customer communication is half the job
• Reliable, on time, and self-directed, * IT: 3 years (Required)
