Job description

• Execute proactive maintenance schedules to optimize the longevity and efficiency of automated distribution assets.
• Resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults in conveyor systems, motors, and high-voltage circuitry to restore operational flow.
• Install and calibrate advanced packaging machinery to meet rigorous throughput requirements.
• Diagnose system malfunctions using technical schematics and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Document all service interventions and equipment health metrics to support data-driven maintenance strategies.
• Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to industrial protocols and regulatory standards during all repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of 120V to 480V electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation., * Technical certification in electromechanical systems or industrial maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
• Current OSHA 10-Hour certification.
• Proven ability to operate a variety of powered and manual hand tools safely.
