Technical Support Technician

A local school district will be hiring a team of consultants to complete their end of year/into summer school/back to school inventory refresh project. This person will be responsible for taking devices out of administratin work spaces as they do office remodels of new furntiure and then reassembly the work stations for faculty use, storing equipment not to be used any longer, replacing several mdels of computers with new hardware, process for surplus, and taking inventory of hardware as they migrate over to their new ticketing system. This position will take place in work spaces that are not traditional in office environments, such as schools and administration buildings during the summer months. Pay for this position is $21/hr.

1+ years of professional work experience

Ability to pick up things quickly and appetite to pick up technical skills

Basic understanding of computers (able to follow a check list of directions for inventory projects Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese or Farsi

Previous experience in a summer refresh project for local ISDs or community colleges
