SAP S4 HANA Project Manager

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, ERP Savvy is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA projects in Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget., + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 7+ years managing SAP projects.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as ASAP, Activate, or Agile.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
