Job description

This Data Analyst role will be instrumental in supporting data initiatives that drive digital transformation, optimize user experience, and improve platform performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of IT, Digital Platforms and the Master Data Manager to turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across digital products and services., * Analyze data from digital platforms (Data Warehouse, ERP, PIM, SQL, Applications, etc.) to support IT and business initiatives.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Collaborate with IT, marketing, product, and operations teams to define KPIs and data requirements.
Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for digital optimization.
Support data governance and ensure data integrity across systems.
Assist in data integration and transformation processes between internal systems and external platforms.
Participate in evaluating digital tools and platforms by providing insights based on usage data and performance metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis is a plus.
Experience working with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of digital product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Compensation: $80,750-109,250 per year
