Software Engineer - G01516 - 29906_C

Seeking a highly motivated PLC Controls Engineer II to join our client’s site in Mason, OH. This role will support the commissioning and testing of automated material handling systems, including high-speed sortation, scanning, and merging applications. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, travel-intensive role.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in PLC programming, HMI development, and system commissioning.

· Support project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

· Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams.

· Help develop technical documentation (QA/QC, test plans).

· Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing and post-installation support.

· Contribute to customer training and troubleshooting.

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

· Up to 4 years of experience in controls engineering or material handling.

· Exposure to Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience or interest in post and parcel operations.
