• Assist in PLC programming, HMI development, and system commissioning.
• Support project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams.
• Help develop technical documentation (QA/QC, test plans).
• Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing and post-installation support.
• Contribute to customer training and troubleshooting., * Describe a recent commissioning project involving sorters, conveyors, or MDRs using Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI). What were the key challenges and how did you address them?
• Which Allen-Bradley PLC platforms and HMI features have you used in post and parcel operations? How were they applied during commissioning?
• How do you approach troubleshooting unexpected behavior in PLC-controlled sortation or scanning systems?
• Walk us through your I/O validation and system readiness process in a parcel distribution center. How do you minimize disruption to live operations?
• What safety protocols and documentation practices do you follow when commissioning PLC and HMI systems in live production environments? Provide specific examples (e.g., lockout/tagout, risk assessments, test documentation, change management).

• Up to 4 years of experience in controls engineering or material handling.
