Social Media Specialist

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories
• Assist with marketing luxury homes, local lifestyle content, and company branding
• Write compelling captions and social media copy
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed
• Track performance and provide recommendations for growth
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence and showcase our real estate business. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and engaging with audiences across multiple social media platforms., * Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand

• Strong photography and video editing skills
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required
