IT Contracts Administrator

Seeking an experienced IT Contracts Administrator to support technology procurement, vendor management, and contract lifecycle activities across the organization. This role partners with IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Administer IT contracts including drafting, renewals, amendments, and execution

Support procurement activities for software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and professional services

Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, vendor evaluations, and supplier onboarding

Track contract renewals, SLAs, deliverables, compliance requirements, and vendor performance

Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and vendor documentation

Maintain contract records and procurement data within ERP/contract management systems

Collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and Finance teams on contract compliance and risk management

Analyze vendor spend and identify cost savings opportunities

Prepare reports, contract summaries, and procurement documentation

Do you have experience in Vendor contract management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

4+ years of experience in IT contracts, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management

Experience managing software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements

Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar procurement/ERP systems

Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated industries preferred
