Job description
Weâre looking for someone who can help design, manage, and coordinate studio build projects so nothing slips through the cracks.
This is not a passive coordination role.
This is not a âjust follow up on tasksâ role.
This is not a role for someone who needs every detail handed to them.
We need someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, and carry real responsibility across multiple moving pieces.
Youâll be working closely with leadership on studio buildouts, design coordination, project execution, 3D design development, and operational follow-through.
Some days will move fast.
Some projects will change direction.
Some vendors and contractors will need pushing.
Youâre expected to adapt, stay detail-oriented, and keep things moving.
What youâll actually be doing:
Studio Design & Space Planning
- Create or support 3D design concepts, renderings, and space planning layouts
- Help translate ideas into functional and visually polished studio environments
- Review layouts, materials, finishes, and project details with a strong eye for quality
- Support decision-making around studio functionality, workflow, and aesthetics
- Help ensure design intent is properly executed throughout the build process
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage studio build projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate timelines, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Track deliverables, approvals, revisions, and dependencies
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
- Identify issues early before they become larger problems
- Maintain clear documentation, notes, and project updates
Workflow & Communication
- Communicate proactively and consistently
- Follow through without needing constant reminders
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving projects
- Help leadership carry the operational load instead of adding to it
Requirements
Do you have experience in Schedule management?, * Strong project management experience
- Experience creating 3D renderings, visualizations, or space planning concepts
- Background in studio design, interiors, commercial buildouts, experiential design, set design, production design, construction, architecture, or related fields
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Someone proactive, resourceful, and reliable
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Ability to operate independently and make good judgment calls
Bonus:
- Experience managing studio, office, or creative space buildouts
- Familiarity with construction workflows, drawings, floor plans, or build documentation
- Experience with tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, Twinmotion, or similar 3D design software
- Experience coordinating contractors and vendors
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments, * Ownership

This role is for someone who can genuinely carry responsibility and help keep complex studio projects organized and executed at a high level.
Experience:
Experience managing projects, coordinating builds, creating design visualizations, or bringing physical spaces to life is strongly preferred.
