Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 4+ years of Production Support / Systems Operations experience.

  • Hands-on expertise with OpenShift, Ansible, and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
  • Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, and ITRS.
  • Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability 24x7 production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management, RCA, problem management, and BCP/DR processes.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits & conditions

$44 - $45 an hour - Contract
