IT Systems Specialist

Simple Tax Solutions is looking for an IT & Systems Specialist to help manage and maintain the technology that supports our day-to-day operations., * Manage and optimize CRM systems, including IRS Logics

• Build and maintain automations using Zapier and similar platforms
• Set up and troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, and office equipment
• Manage dialer systems, VOIP platforms, and user accounts
• Assist with Meta lead integrations and lead routing
• Troubleshoot technical issues for employees
• Improve workflows through automation and system improvements
• Manage software access, permissions, and technology vendors
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal systems

Do you have experience in Technology management?, We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, software, automations, CRM systems, and office technology. If you’re the type of person people call when something isn’t working, we’d like to hear from you., * Strong computer troubleshooting skills

• Experience with CRM systems and business software
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
• Understanding of Meta Business Manager and lead integrations
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
