Service Desk Personnel

• Process all equipment coming into or leaving IT
• Update Asset Inventory System
• Process Salvage equipment (removing the hard drives, doing the entire process)
• Unpacking and packing boxes for equipment and preparing it for shipment to ACF or other DPS sites
• Pickup and deliver equipment from DIS/Excel/DTS/ETC
• Complete any Service Now tickets on equipment requests (i.e., monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, etc.)
• Reconcile all Inventory sheets (paper/electronic) on a daily basis
• Validate all of the IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory is up to date and correct
• Serves as backup contact for level 1 support

During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance., * IT Experience

• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
• Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Education in IT Support
