Service Desk - Contract - Hybrid - Columbus, OH

• Process all equipment coming into or leaving IT
• Update Asset Inventory System
• Process Salvage equipment (removing the hard drives, doing entire process)
• Unpacking and packing boxes for equipment and preparing it for shipment to ACF or other sites
• Pickup and Deliver equipment from DIS/Excel/DTS/ETC
• Complete any Service Now tickets on equipment requests (ie monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, etc)
• Reconcile all Inventory sheets (paper/electronic) on daily basis
• Validate all of the IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory is up to date and correct
• Serves as backup contact for level 1 support

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, * Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines Required

• Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills Required
• Education in IT Support Required
• Inventory Management experience Highly desired

$25 - $28 an hour - Contract
