Plot Party is building an AI-native platform for the next generation of storytelling, entertainment, and creative production.

We help creators, studios, and entertainment teams create, remix, develop, and produce stories faster using AI-powered tools. Our platform sits at the intersection of generative AI, video, consumer creativity, interactive media, and production workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead who is relentless, scrappy, creative, and highly execution-oriented.

This role is for someone who can drive growth across SEO, social campaigns, community, product marketing, creator marketing, and organic content. You should be comfortable testing quickly, learning from data, and doing whatever it takes to get Plot Party in front of the right users.

You will work closely with Product, Creative, Marketing, and the founding team to grow awareness, activate users, build community, and turn Plot Party into a brand that creators want to talk about, share, and use.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across SEO, social campaigns, community, product marketing, creator marketing, partnerships, and organic content.
• Develop and launch campaigns that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across creators, storytellers, filmmakers, studios, and AI-native users.
• Build Plot Party’s community presence across social platforms, creator communities, AI communities, film/entertainment spaces, and emerging content networks.
• Partner closely with Product, Creative, and Engineering to shape launches, improve onboarding, create growth loops, and turn product moments into marketing moments.

Do you have experience in Go-to-market strategy?, * 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, product marketing, community, social, SEO, creator marketing, or another hands-on go-to-market role.

• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, social campaigns, community building, product marketing, positioning, and organic growth.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn product features, creator use cases, and AI workflows into clear, compelling messaging.
• Relentless, scrappy, and highly self-directed, with strong analytical instincts, a bias toward action, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
