Job description

Are you a Reliability, Maintenance, or Utilities Engineer, with clean utilities experience, looking to play a pivotal role at market-leading business, offering specialist training and progression to management level?

This is an excellent opportunity to have a high level of autonomy and take ownership of reliability initiatives at a growing organization, by taking a technical lead on complex equipment and facility systems across multiple local sites.

In this key role you will lead root cause investigations, reliability improvements, preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives, and equipment performance reviews. You’ll work closely with maintenance, utilities, and operations teams, providing technical guidance on complex equipment failures while helping develop training programs and best practices across the site.

This role would suit a Reliability, Maintenance, or Utilities Engineer, with clean utilities experience, looking to put their own stamp on an industry-leading organizations, offering extensive training and progression to management level.

The Role:

  • Lead root cause investigations, reliability improvements, preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives, and equipment performance reviews
  • Provide technical guidance on complex equipment failures while helping develop training programs and best practices across the site
  • 40% desk work, 60% out on the floor

The Person:

  • Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Utilities Engineer, or similar background
  • Experience with clean utilities, such as clean steam, purified water, water for injection, compressed air, process gases, or environmental monitoring systems
  • From a clean room or highly regulated manufacturing background
