AISG-0470 Vendor Manager (PMO / IT Suppliers) - Onsite Stuttgart

• Act as the central point of contact for IT suppliers and service providers
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships and service delivery
• Administer and document procurement processes
• Monitor contractual deliverables and ensure compliance with agreements
• Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality
• Define, monitor, and follow up on actions and improvements with suppliers
• Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and coordination sessions
• Maintain vendor master data and produce regular reports and dashboards
• Document outsourced services within the central outsourcing management framework
• Track outsourcing initiatives, risks, and deliverables in a structured manner

• Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Business Informatics, Public Administration IT, or similar

or relevant vocational training in IT or commercial fields * At least 3 years of experience in IT-related roles such as:

• Vendor management
• Procurement
• Contract management
• Project management or customer service
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• German at C2 level (written and spoken)
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow or SAP MM
• Background in public sector environments
• Knowledge of procurement processes and outsourcing models
• Experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory environments
• Experience with SLA/KPI frameworks and escalation management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
