ServiceNow HAM Pro / SAM Pro Consultant

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro Consultants to support a large-scale IT Asset Management modernization initiative for a leading financial services organization.

This role focuses on implementing Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) on a greenfield ServiceNow platform while integrating with a newly built CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow HAM Pro

• Hardware asset lifecycle
• Asset normalization
• Retirement workflows
• Discovery reconciliation

Configure ServiceNow SAM Pro

• Software normalization
• Publisher management
• License management
• End-of-life and end-of-support tracking

Integrate HAM Pro and SAM Pro with ServiceNow CMDB

Configure commercial software connectors and SaaS integrations

Support regulated reporting requirements

Participate in testing, UAT, and production cutover

Collaborate with CMDB engineering and platform teams, * Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro

• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes

• Experience with:

• Hardware asset lifecycle
• Software asset lifecycle
• Software normalization
• Retirement and disposal workflows

Experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with CMDB

Ability to work in enterprise implementation environments, * CIS-HAM or CIS-SAM certification

• Experience with regulated environments
• Experience migrating from legacy ITAM platforms (Flexera, Snow, Aspera, etc.)
• Knowledge of CSDM
